How to place your order

If you have any questions before placing your order please call us on 01484 688839 or email Team Spirit at sales@t-spirit.co.uk

We will discuss your requirements with you, and provide all the information you need to progress with your personalised clothing.

When you are ready to order, please email the following information

1 Your contact details ( name, address and telephone numbers).
2 Your company logo (as a jpeg for embroidery, or as an eps file for print).
If you are just having text printed on to the garments, please email your copy, and the font style you would prefer, if you have no preference we will use ariel.
3 Detail the position you would like the personalisation, eg left breast pocket area, right arm, or on the back across the shoulders.
4 If you are having printed text, what colour would you like the text.
5 The garment codes, description, colours and sizes.
6 Delivery address, if different from contact address.
7 The date you require delivery
8 Please let us know how you will be paying, cheque, BACS or credit card (there is a 2% charge for payment by credit card)
For all new orders we require payment before the goods can be despatched.

When we receive your email we will always confrim that we have received your order, if you are having embroidery we will produce an embroidered sample for you to approve. This can take about 5 working days, but if you have a very urgent deadline please let us know, we will always do our best to meet even the closest deadlines.
